FAQs

How does it work?

1. Gather all of the documents that require notarization.  Ensure the documents are complete with all blank spaces addressed.  The only blank spaces on the documents will be the lines for the signatures, initials, dates, and the notarial sections of a document.

2. Select a signing package based on how many notarial stamps will be needed on all documents combined.

3. Select a date.

4. Fill out the form and upload the documents. Include all of the participating signer’s information at the time of uploading the documents.

5. Each signer can verify their identity up to 24 hrs prior to the scheduled signing time.

6. Each signer joins the signing from their location at the scheduled time.  (Signers in the same location can share a device.)

7. Our professional notary will guide you through the online notarization process.

8. You receive an email with link and PIN to access your notarized documents.

Why is it so expensive?

Let’s pull back the curtain and shed some light on what you’re really paying for.

In a world where you can seemingly get anything for less, it’s tempting to wonder why some services command a premium.

We prioritize quality over a frantic rush, the same principle applies to our pricing.

You’re not just paying for a service; you’re investing in peace of mind, expertise, and a seamless experience that’s as rare as finding a four-leaf clover in a digital desert.

Consider this: there are countless options out there claiming to offer what we do for less. But what are you really getting at that bargain bin price? More often than not, it’s the equivalent of fast food – quick, unsatisfying, and leaving you with regret.

Our service, on the other hand, is the meticulously crafted gourmet meal prepared by a chef who knows every ingredient’s origin, purpose, and impact on your experience.

We don’t cut corners. Every penny you invest goes towards ensuring that our team of professionals is not just competent, but exceptional in their field. They’re the seasoned notaries who have been in the trenches, understand the stakes, and treat your documents with the precision and respect they deserve. This expertise ensures that when you’re navigating through the intricacies of your important documents, you’re guided by a steady hand, not left wandering in the dark.

Moreover, our approach to pricing reflects our commitment to sustainability – not just for our business, but for the very ecosystem of services we provide. It enables us to maintain a team that’s fairly compensated, highly motivated, and continuously trained in the latest best practices.

This investment in our people translates directly into the quality of service you experience, making every interaction not just a transaction, but a partnership built on trust and excellence.

So, when you ask why our service is priced the way it is, remember this: you’re not merely buying a service. You’re securing a promise – a promise of reliability, expertise, and an experience so seamless that it feels almost magical.

It’s the difference between rolling the dice and knowing the outcome. And in a world full of uncertainties, that certainty is priceless.

We invite you to experience the difference for yourself. After all, the true value of our service becomes crystal clear the moment you step into our world, where every detail is handled with care, precision, and a personal touch that’s as unique as you are. Welcome to a world where excellence is the standard, not the exception.

What if my document doesn't have notarial wording or a notary section?

No problem! We will add notarial wording in a blank space at the end of the document or on an additional page.

What if I have special instructions?

We have a field for you to give us any special instructions about your document.  The more detailed the better!

Is this only for Florida?

Not at all! It’s the opposite. While we are a Florida-based company of primarily Florida Notaries Public, Remote Online Notarization is just as valid as traditional notarization with wet ink.

We eliminate the “physical presence” requirement.

This is possible by the adoption of the UETA (Universal Electronic Transactions Act), ESIGN Act, in conjunction with the notary public’s state law and regulations.

Geographical boundaries are a thing of the past.

Why are there no appointments available today, right now?

Whoa, gunslinger!  We understand you want them done now, and most companies will tell you they can.  It can be done, but it’s a gamble.  There are massive platforms out there with tens of thousands of untrained and underpaid notaries waiting for a bell to ring so they can play whack a mole to pick up your signing as soon as you upload it.  The notary will be unprepared.  How could they?  You will fumble through the tagging with the notary leading you down an hours-long adventure.  This is usually interrupted by multiple disconnects and reconnects with a different notary each time to start from scratch each time. We know, that’s why we exist!

We don’t gamble with our client’s documents.  Our document preparers are highly skilled at tagging documents, and your assigned notary reviews the document prior to the scheduled signing, so signing day is a pleasure, not a frustration.

Can I have multiple unrelated documents that require notarization?

Absolutely! Each package designates the amount of notarial stamps that are included no matter how many different documents you have, we will get them all notarized in the same session, saving you time and money!

What type of documents do you notarize?

Any document that is intended for the U.S. Marketplace!
